As this is the only mill which grinds the same feed through two mills on the same spindle, where the grinding pressures balance each other, it surely creates a new class of its own. The grain passes through the first mill into a screw conveyor which carries it into the back mill, where it is ground the second time, then discharges on to the floor or into the elevating bagger.
A center partition divides the two grinding cases. The tramming ring and all parts of the first mill are the same as in our single mills.
